Rates include a full breakfast and are based on double occupancy.

• State and local taxes of 9.7% are in addition to the room rate. The tax rate changes to 11.7% effective October 1, 2010. 
• Advance deposits may be made by check, money order, or Credit Card
• 2 night minimum stay on Major Holidays 
• Additional fees may apply for single night reservations on weekends between July 1-October 15
• Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received a minimum of 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less a $30.00 service fee.
• Some events or group reservations require 30-60 day cancellation notice. Please contact us for more details.
• Check - in time is from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.  Alternate times can be accommodated with advance notice.
• Check out time is 11:00am
• The inn is not suitable for children under 12
• Pets are not permitted, but we would be glad to refer a kennel
• We accept all major credit cards, Travelers checks, and Cash
• Discounts and promotional offers can not be combined
• The Acworth Inn is non smoking.
